At Lala Handmade store, we strive to deliver quality products and services that meet your needs. If, however, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please read this return policy before submit a return request.

Return Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after the date your item shows as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs for returns. We will provide an address by email We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item. Upon request, a shipping label and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if you decide to get a shipping label from us.

There is a restocking fee of 4% from the total amount.

  • Items bought on clearance

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
